Optimus 3D, we are a team of engineers specialized in Additive Technology. We have our own park of industrial 3D printers, state-of-the-art equipment that provides optimal solutions to the needs of each client.

Comprehensive manufacturing, from start to finish
We apply additive manufacturing to your products from the conceptual phase to their manufacturing, focusing on the profitability and economic feasibility of each project.
3D engineering
We put at your disposal an engineering team specialized in design and optimization thanks to 3D applications. From the parametric and topological analysis of the most efficient solution, to the production and post processes necessary to achieve the final piece. Additionally, we offer reverse engineering services to obtain modifiable geometries, based on our own scans and metrological studies.

- Parts in ASA polymers, Polycarbonate (PC), Polyamide (PA12), Nylon, ULTEM or acrylic resins.
- Parts in metals 316L 1.4404, 1.2709, AlSi10Mg, Ti6Al4V.
- Assembly of assemblies and dimensional verification.
- Conventional machining for restrictive tolerances.
- Tissue segmentation from DICOM file.
Tooling
We design, modify and manufacture functional tools for different industrial sectors. We use the most advanced materials and additive manufacturing systems, which, complemented by conventional methods, result in new, more efficient and adapted solutions.
Functional piece, final series
We have state-of-the-art additive manufacturing equipment and materials thanks to which we can make more competitive series of parts than with conventional technologies, eliminating molds, tooling and stocks.
RPK is part of Optimus 3D
Since 2016, the multinational company in the automotive sector RPK, with headquarters in Vitoria-Gasteiz, is part of the shareholders of Optimus 3D. With this partnership, RPK has been able to implement additive solutions developed by Optimus 3D in all its plants distributed around the world.
For its part, Optimus3D has been able to integrate the advanced resources of the RPK calculation center as its own resource. This resource, made available to our clients, expands our services and guarantees both the applicability and quality necessary for each project.
